Nicholas Hudson

INicholas “Nick” Hudson left this world on March 29, 2025, at the age of 27. While his time with us was short, Nick managed to pack a whole lot of love, laughter, and music into every moment.

Nick had a rhythm all his own—whether he was writing songs, mixing beats, or just humming a tune while cooking up something amazing in the kitchen. Music was in his soul, but so was making people laugh, and if you knew Nick, you probably remember a moment where he had you in stitches over something he said or did.

He was also a passionate fisherman, proud of his title as “master of the angler ways,” and always ready to share his latest catch—or fish tale. But above all, Nick’s greatest joys in life were becoming a chef and, most importantly, becoming a father. His son, Ryan, was the brightest part of his world, and Nick’s love for him was endless.

Nick now joins his mother, Karen Carpenter; father, Ronnie Hudson; and grandfather, Marvin Brooks. We like to think they're all sharing a laugh and a good meal together right now.

He leaves behind his beloved son Ryan Hudson; his brother Justin Hudson; sisters Hanna Hudson and Cailyn Campbell; grandmother Renee Brooks; grandfather Gary Carpenter—and a whole crew of friends and family who will miss him more than words can say.

Nick had a heart as big as his smile, and while we wish we had more time, we’re grateful for the memories, the music, and the moments he gave us.

A celebration of Nick’s life will be shared with friends and family soon. Until then, keep his spirit alive with laughter, music, and a little bit of extra seasoning in whatever you’re cooking.
